Across the Lake is a community project hosted by South Street Ministries and Project Ujima that is bringing the Summit Lake and Kenmore communities together!

Over the past year, videographers have worked on three Episodes highlighting the past, present, and future of the two neighborhoods, and we are now ready to bring it out into our community for discussion and feedback.

Also, special Circles gathering will be hosted in August with residents from Kenmore and Summit Lake together to view our video series and center a discussion around it over the course of four weeks. It’s about envisioning and leading our future together as well as reconciling our past.

We want your voice and vision to share about the Past, Present, and Future of our two neighborhoods.

For those interested in Circles, we will meet on Tuesday evenings throughout August and focus on:

• Building Relationships — (1st Tuesday).
• Video Screening & Circles Discussion — (2nd Tuesday).
• Talk to Action (3rd Tuesday).
• Move Forward (4th Tuesday).
