Before I Self Destrukt

Before I Self Destrukt, led by Luch Griffin and funded through the City of Akron’s Violence Intervention Plan, is a crucial initiative by South Street Ministries. This program actively engages youth and young adults who find themselves close to violent situations. Offering alternatives, mentoring, meaningful conversation, and support, invites these young adults to step away from the challenges, trauma, and violence in their environments. This innovative program provides a much-needed safe space and guidance, fostering a transformative journey toward a peaceful and positive future.
